Your tasks
- You are responsible for the balance sheet-oriented consultation of the customers in the team and the individually assigned customers. You independently process the self-agreed and the consultation and call center-initiated appointments.
- Your focus is the needs-oriented consultation and sale of banking products (accounts, cards, building savings, deposits) as well as products of other relevant needs of the personal banking target group with a focus on consumer financing and insurance. Additionally, you can voluntarily advise on simple investment needs.
- You have your own credit competence for personal loans as well as the IDD certification, possibly the AnsFuG certification and take into account the requirements for quality in the credit and insurance business.
- You awaken customer needs by applying standardized consultation processes and successfully close or routinely refer these to specialists (especially in the case of building financing).
- You are responsible for the needs-oriented exploitation of the private credit potential in personal banking (co-) and actively address customers to digital services (e.g. online/mobile banking).
- You continuously develop your specialist, sales, process and digitalization know-how.
- You have extensive knowledge of digital features and develop your specialist know-how independently.
- You process all appointments from the consultation center and use interactions from the branch business and consultation talks to arrange follow-up appointments.
Your skills and experience
- You have a training as a bank clerk.
- Your particular expertise in the consultation and sale of personal loans (incl. security) as well as in insurance products is complemented by your profound knowledge of the entire private customer product range.
- You have a special skill in making appointments and are proficient in the balance sheet-oriented consultation of customers.
- You convince with your self-assured and competent appearance towards customers and support the success of the team in particular with your pronounced sales and communication skills.
