The German Tax Team takes a truly holistic approach to the market, offering expertise across a diverse range of services—from Corporate Tax and Tax Compliance Services to Global Transaction Tax, Private Equity Funds Tax Compliance, VAT Services, People Services, Operating Model, and Transfer Pricing.

We are seeking a Manager for our growing team in Germany. This role will give you unique career opportunities in one of the fastest growing tax practices.

As Manager (M/F/D), Corporate Tax Advisory you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role involves advising on Corporate Tax and Tax Compliance matters. You will work closely with clients to provide practical solutions and support them throughout their tax lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver corporate tax advisory and compliance services to national and international clients across industries
• Provide advice on Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Trade Tax (TT), and related regulations
• Research and draft tax advice on a range of topics
• Support and ensure clients' tax compliance, including the review of tax returns and current and deferred tax computations
• Liaise with tax authorities and prepare documentation for appeals and dispute resolutions
• Support clients during tax audits by organizing and analyzing required documentation

Qualifications:

• +4 years of experience in tax advisory gained at a tax consulting firm
• A degree in taxation, economics, finance, law, or a related field
• German Certified Tax Advisor ("Steuerberater") qualification
• Strong technical knowledge of German tax laws, compliance, and advisory practices
• An analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• A collaborative and solution-driven working style with a proactive mindset
• An open and adaptable attitude, embracing diverse challenges in a supportive and dynamic environment
