Program Analyst

As a Program Management Specialist, you will support Army programs from concept to completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

• Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Army clients.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
• Assist with tactical planning using Microsoft 365 tools and regular interactions with client leadership and staff.
• Maintain effective communication to keep the program on a productive path and ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for management review.

• Experience working in a government environment and collaborating with team members and leadership.
• Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Experience submitting visit requests and escorting uncleared visitors.
• Experience working in Army
  365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Army systems and programs such as MIRARS and DTS.
• Ability to juggle numerous tasks and requirements.
• Secret clearance or eligibility for security investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience streamlining processes and creating SOPs.

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $ (annualized USD). This salary range is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
