Department: IEW&S

Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD

Compensation: $100,000 - $175,000 / year

We are seeking an experienced Management Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports Capability Program Executive Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW) for IEW&S HQs SETA.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and solve challenges related to the development and execution of day‑to‑day program operations.
  • Serve as a technical practitioner in areas relevant to the project.
  • Conduct analysis and develop solutions in the application of information technology.
  • Produce and review technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge in a given technical area.
  • Coordinate and schedule Video Teleconferences for Senior Leadership.
  • Serve as the facility maintenance POC for the CPE.
  • Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of products or services, and suggest changes to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • Department of War security clearance required; proof of U.S. citizenship required.
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Top Secret w/SCI security clearance.
  • High school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience; or
  • Associate’s degree and seven years of relevant experience; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience; or
  • Master’s degree in a related field and no experience.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition policies (e.g. DoD 5000.02, AR 70‑1, etc.).
