Wage/Salary Range: 93k

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Basic Government Computer Connectivity troubleshooting
• Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks
• Technical documentation skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Education Requirements:
  
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 4 years of IT customer support
