Senior Systems Integration & Configuration Engineer - MAG Aerospace

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration management for TSIGS platforms, maintaining authoritative baselines and ensuring traceability across all technical data packages.
• Drive systems integration efforts, coordinating cross‑functional teams to validate and secure platform functionality.
• Redline, review, and manage technical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity readiness processes, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and compliance teams to integrate configuration changes and validate system performance.

• Extensive experience in configuration management and systems integration within aerospace or defense environments.
• Deep knowledge of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and documentation control best practices.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and readiness frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional technical initiatives.
