Senior Cyber Security Project Manager; D​/F​/M

Job Title

Project Management for medium complexity and/or size projects according to time, quality, and cost specifications

Establishing, planning, and controlling projects and leading project staff

Defining project structures, creating and coordinating structure and schedule plans based on contractual requirements

Defining work packages (e.g., defining scope of services, delineating services, defining deadlines)

Defining project stakeholders in consultation with management, agreeing on dates and services with contractual partners

Managing proposals of medium complexity and/or size, including the ability to work on proposals in the area of cyber security consulting

Ability to understand technical and non-technical customer requirements and questions and accordingly develop proposals

Compilation, deployment, and leadership of the proposal team

Development and adherence to a correct schedule and agreement of proposal resources with the responsible parties

Creation and adjustment of calculations

Taking on functional and/or project-related tasks in projects

Creation of documentation and presentation of work results

Establishing and conducting project controlling

Responsibility for effective change and claim management

Responsibility for risk and opportunity management

Effective organization of project administration, including taking on PMO activities

Sales support: supporting sales in the acquisition of follow-up projects and upselling activities including customer contacts

The job requires knowledge and skills typically acquired through a relevant, completed study with a duration of up to 4 years in engineering, computer science, business administration, or comparable courses and related additional specific qualifications or completed vocational training with a particularly extensive specific additional qualification. The overall required knowledge and experience can have been acquired in other ways

Extended knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas preferably in the service and consulting environment

Several years of experience in technical project management

Extended experience in setting up project controlling and generating proforma invoices, creating proposals, identifying and eliminating compliance violations

Very good German and English skills in speech and writing, French desirable

Independent, self-responsible working method

Proactive, practice-oriented and creative problem-solving mentality

Target-oriented organizational ability and commitment

Excellent communication and team skills

Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking

Willingness for business trips within Germany and abroad

Location:

Your workplace can be flexibly set between our locations in Germany on request, provided the company agrees. These are as follows:
Munich/Ottobrunn, Friedrichshafen, and Finkenwerder (Hamburg). If the company agrees, the specified location will be agreed in writing in your employment contract.
