Commercial Team Member

In addition, central specialist teams at Publicis Media support the agency customers in the areas of data and technology, analytics and insights, research, content, performance, buying, and business development.

In the Commercial Team, we primarily take responsibility for the area of fee setting and calculation within the context of tenders (pitches) for new customer acquisition and for our existing customers. We also drive further commercial topics and projects within the agency group.

• Creation of customer-specific fee models within the context of media pitches
• Calculation of personnel requirements and internal coordination
• Coordination and communication with various internal stakeholders and specialist departments
• Creation of suitable fee models, calculations, and tool lists based on customer requirements
• Ensuring the fulfillment of customer requirements and the profitability of the agency
• Accurate planning of resource use and costs
• Integration of planned resources and costs into pitch documents
• Various projects for the continuous optimization and development of our commercial processes and tasks

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the fields of commercial, revenue/sales/project controlling or in other areas where you have already demonstrated your high numerical affinity
• You have solid experience in the media industry, preferably in a media agency or with a marketer
• Experience and knowledge in the context of new business/pitches are a big plus
• You are curious and want to gain further experience in the exciting and complex media business
• You have good to very good Excel and good PowerPoint skills
• You have a quick understanding and a high level of accuracy
• You are communicative, outgoing, and a team player
• You have very good English skills
• You keep a clear head even in hectic times and most importantly: you keep your sense of humor!
