Hamburg (hybrid)

Your next step in AI Enablement & Transformation @The Quality Group

We are looking for an AI Enablement & Transformation Lead (gn) to join our Digital Department and help scale how AI is used across The Quality Group. In this role, you act as a bridge between business teams, technology functions, and AI initiatives, helping turn emerging capabilities into practical and scalable solutions. You help teams identify where AI and automation can create real value, structure and coordinate initiatives, and support the rollout of scalable and practical AI solutions across the organization.

Your focus is on enabling adoption, coordinating stakeholders, evaluating new capabilities, and turning fragmented ideas into structured and executable initiatives. You work closely with Business teams, Tech, Security, and leadership stakeholders to ensure that AI adoption is not just experimental, but operationally useful, scalable, and aligned with real business needs. We are looking for someone who is highly curious about and proficient with AI, actively uses it, proactively explores new developments, and continuously evaluates how emerging tools, workflows, and capabilities can create value for the organization.

This role is located in the headquarter in Hamburg and offers a hybrid setup.

Your Mission
  • You structure, prioritize, and coordinate AI projects and workflow automation initiatives.
  • You act as a central interface between Business, Tech, and Security stakeholders.
  • You coordinate the evaluation, rollout, governance, and adoption of AI tools, capabilities, connectors, and integrations across the organization.
  • You monitor relevant AI capabilities, LLM developments, workflow automation trends, and emerging tools.
  • You evaluate where tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, workflow automations, or low-code/no-code solutions can create practical business value.
  • You translate business needs into clear recommendations, initiatives, and next steps.
  • You coordinate pilots, rollouts, enablement activities, and internal communication.
  • You drive AI enablement initiatives across The Quality Group, including trainings, communication formats, and internal adoption initiatives.
  • You coordinate and further develop our AI Champions program across the organization.
  • You measure adoption, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to improve AI usage across teams.
Your Qualifications
  • You bring 4–6+ years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, operations, consulting, enablement, or a similar role.
  • You have hands-on experience working with AI tools, workflow automations, or low-code/no-code solutions.
  • You are highly curious about AI, LLMs, agents, workflow automation, and emerging AI capabilities and actively stay up to date with new developments.
  • You understand how to translate business problems into practical AI and automation use cases.
  • You are strong in stakeholder management and comfortable coordinating across Business, Tech, and Security teams.
  • You work in a highly structured, independent, and hands-on way.
  • You are able to turn vague ideas into clear priorities, owners, and next steps.
  • You communicate clearly and can write and present strong briefs, updates, and internal communications.
  • You are pragmatic and understand where AI creates value—and where other solutions are the better choice.
  • You are fully fluent in English;
    German is a strong plus.
