In the area of "digital transformation," we help organizations to "rewire" their business. The question here is not "if," but "when": digital transformation decides about productivity, growth, and resilience in all industries. Typical topics we accompany are digital and IT strategies, organizational transformations, IT operating models, IT project and program management, agile delivery and product organizations, data management, AI strategies and implementations, IT service management, IT security concepts, and IT change management – sometimes all together.
What you can expect in your role, among other things:
- Co-creation:
Sharpen problems with management teams and departments, test new approaches, and develop viable solutions together. - Bringing strategies and transformations into implementation:
Specify IT and digital strategies, develop roadmaps and business cases, and accompany the implementation. - IT project management:
Plan, prioritize, and manage large programs and projects; structure complex issues, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, and prepare results for addressees. - Architecture and modernization:
Model target architectures, develop business cases, design migration paths, and further develop legacy systems into scalable platforms. - Making artificial intelligence usable:
Develop strategies, identify use cases, qualify value contributions, design operating models, and implement them within change approaches. - Change with impact:
Design cooperation, moderate workshops (in the Implement way), increase decision-making capacity, and secure adoption through clear communication and interaction formats.

- have at least 2 years of consulting experience and ideally industry knowledge:
You have solid project experience in IT and digital transformation. - communicate confidently. You communicate fluently in written and spoken German (C1) and English.
