• Support the sales team in daily operations including shop analyses, research of decision makers, and creation of pitch materials
• Contribute to the development of CRM concepts and processes for a SCAYLE spin-off and gain insights into the establishment of a scaling business unit
• Create reports and analyses on the performance of campaigns and the sales pipeline
• Conduct independent projects such as the analysis of partner ecosystems or the development of a partner country map using tools like NotebookLM and Hub Spot
• Optimize templates, processes, and tools along the sales and growth activities
• Support outbound campaigns as well as event planning and execution
• Segment leads and accounts and support the development of the sales pipeline

• Current studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, marketing, or a similar field
• Interest in SaaS, B2B sales, growth, or start-ups, first practical experience is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to actively shape processes
• Structured, analytical, and hands-on working style
• Proficient use of Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools as well as interest in GenAI tools
• Excellent communication skills in German and English

Nice to have:

• First experience in start-ups, SaaS, or consulting
• First contact with CRM systems like Hub Spot or Salesforce
