Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Power Platform Developer. This position requires a DOD Secret Clearance. The Power Platform Developer will work as part of a team that develops and delivers Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and data visualization solutions to the government customer. This role is focused on Power Apps Solutions.

This role provides Power Platform Developer support to a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base. • Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations
• Design, build, and maintain model‑driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations
• Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity
• Author and contribute to technical documentation
• Author and deliver reference and training resources
• Customer engagement
• Requirements, definition and documentation
• User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Manage project details and schedule and provide project status updates

• High School/GED

• Active Secret Clearance
• Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs
• 1–5 years of Power Apps development experience building canvas apps
• 1–5 years of Power Automate experience focusing on business process automation
• 3–5 years of data visualization
• Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience
• Foundational knowledge of Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 suite of tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Self‑motivated; able to complete tasks with little supervision
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred, must be acquired within 90 days if not already certified
• Related Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., 100, 200, 400) preferred, but can be acquired within 90 days
• Experience using Vantage Analytics, Vantage Insights, or similar enterprise data visualization and reporting platforms
• Experience integrating Vantage data sources with Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

• Experience building model‑driven applications in Power Apps
• Data architecture experience
• Experience supporting and interacting with Senior Leaders or Executive level
• Understanding of Power BI Premium Work spaces
• Ability to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirements
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedback
• Power BI development experience
• Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling
