SAP Functional Director​/Manager for Aerospace and Defense

Job Title

You work at the intersection of business and technology and shape the digital future of our customers. In the Aerospace and Defense area, you take on leadership responsibility in strategic SAP programs and drive innovations for security, compliance, and efficiency.

What we expect

• Several years of experience in the successful implementation of complex SAP programs, ideally in the Aerospace & Defense environment (e.g., Engineering, MRO, security-critical processes)
• Proven leadership skills in the management of SAP transformations, projects, and teams, in the management of stakeholders and responsibility for end-to-end delivery
• Sovereign work in regulated and security-relevant environments – from export control to compliance
• Willingness to work in new Defense technologies, sovereign cloud environments, and modern SAP architectures
• Travel readiness within Germany for customer appointments, workshops, and steering boards
• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
