Marketplace Operations

You will manage our accounts on Amazon, OTTO, Kaufland, Fressnapf, Zooplus and Temu. This includes:

• Setup and maintenance of new products and variants
• Maintenance and control of article master data
• Creation and optimization of product titles, bullet points and descriptions
• Maintenance of images, product attributes, categories and other content data
• Monitoring existing listings and troubleshooting errors
• Setup and maintenance of variant families
• Control of prices, stocks and product availability
• Implementation of promotions, deals and discount campaigns
• Ensuring a consistent product and brand presentation across all platforms

Amazon Seller Central & Troubleshooting

A particular focus of your work will be on Amazon. This includes:

• Amazon Seller Central
• Creation and optimization of listings
• Flatfiles and bulk uploads
• Variants and product relationships
• Category and attribute issues
• Troubleshooting error messages and suppressed listings
• FBA and FBM topics
• Account health
• A+ content
• Creation and follow-up of support cases and tickets

If somewhere data is not transferred correctly, a listing suddenly disappears or Amazon displays an error message, we want to not only create a ticket – we want to understand why it happens and how we can solve it sustainably.

Data & Systems

Our marketplaces are connected to various systems and interfaces. Therefore, you should enjoy working technically in processes.

You will support, among other things, with:

• Maintenance and control of product master data
• Warehouse management and marketplace interfaces
• JTL-Wawi and connected systems
• Data feeds and imports
• Error analysis in data transfers
• Mapping of product attributes
• Excel and CSV files
• Development and improvement of our marketplace processes

An advanced technical understanding is particularly important for this position.

You do not have to be a developer. But you should enjoy understanding systems, finding sources of error and following technical connections.

Performance & Advertising

In addition to the operational topics, you will also work on the commercial development of our marketplaces. This includes:

• Support with Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising
• Creation and optimization of campaigns
• Keyword and competitor analyses
• Analysis of search terms and product performance
• Monitoring of ROAS, ACOS and TACOS
• Analysis of sales, volume and conversion
• Identification of growth and optimization potentials
• Creation of reports and dashboards

We would like to make decisions as data-driven as possible. Therefore, you should not only report figures, but also derive concrete action recommendations from them.

You are studying, for example, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing or a comparable course. Much more important than your specific course of study, however, is how you think and work.

You fit particularly well with us if you:

• Bring a very good technical understanding
• Think strongly data-driven and analytically
• Enjoy solving complex problems systematically
• Can quickly adapt to new software and platforms
• Work very carefully with product and master data
• Master Excel or Google Sheets
• Independently search for solutions instead of just passing on problems
• Have a good understanding of numbers and E-Commerce KPIs
• Work structured and reliable
• Bring very good German and good English

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, JTL-Wawi, marketplace tools, APIs, data feeds, Excel/CSV or Amazon PPC is a big plus – but not a must, if you bring the technical and analytical mindset.

You will work on real operational and technical challenges and quickly get responsibility for our marketplace processes.

You will work closely with the founder as well as our external partners and agencies and see directly what impact your work has on sales, efficiency and growth.

Your development

Our goal is not for you to permanently maintain tickets and master data. We want you to step by step develop into a Marketplace Owner who understands his channels and can independently manage them.

You know which products perform how. You recognize problems in data and systems. You understand the most important KPIs. And you develop your own ideas on how we can scale our marketplaces more efficiently and profitably.
