- Coordinating with the import team and our freight forwarders to create and execute customs declarations
- Contributing ideas and helping to make import processes more transparent and efficient in improvement projects and audits
- Verifying import processes for the accuracy and completeness of customs declarations, contributing to reliable compliance
- Coordinating with internal contacts such as purchasing, distribution, and accounting, as well as freight forwarders, to ensure that schedules and procedures are adhered to in shipment tracking
- Actively participating in the development and (partial) automation of import processes, and assisting with structuring and documentation
- Contributing to the reporting of import metrics by preparing and evaluating data on volumes, lead times, deviations, and costs
- You are a student enrolled in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, and you want to gain practical experience in the area of import and customs clearance
- You have a foundational knowledge of international trade flows, logistics, or supply chain processes from your studies and apply it with curiosity in practice
- You are proficient with common MS Office products, especially Excel, and use them to structure and evaluate data
- You have good English skills in both speaking and writing, which allow you to navigate an international environment and communicate confidently with external partners
- In your work, you combine diligence with reliability, approach tasks in an organized manner, and keep track of multiple tasks at the same time, ensuring that you meet your commitments
- Meaning and impact. At Eppendorf, you work on solutions that improve the living conditions of people worldwide
- We recognize your contributions. A fair, attractive salary along with vacation and Christmas bonuses show that your contribution matters
- Flexible and connected. Our hybrid model combines freedom in daily life with real team closeness
- Real balance that fits. As a student, you have up to 6 weeks of vacation per year, and our flexible working hours help you to optimally combine study, job, and private life
- Easy to get to. With a Germany ticket subsidy, parking spaces, and e-charging stations, you get through the day flexibly and stress-free
- Here for you when it matters. From childcare places to our anonymous counseling service, we support you in the moments when you need support
- Learning that advances you. With the Eppendorf Academy, digital learning platforms, language courses, workshops, community formats, coaching, and development programs, you grow continuously – professionally and personally
