The Defense Sector at Leidos is seeking a highly proficient Fielding and Logistics Lead to support the CECOM, ILSC, Acquisition Support Branch at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position will also serve as the TCNO Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Coordinator responsible for providing Data Interchange through various other Product Managers and the Communications Security Logistics Activity (CSLA), to include all Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) needed for TPF;

responsible for coordination through TYAD to rectify issues related to GFE; responsible for generating reports of accountability of all GFE for TPF and test assets. Liaison between government and contractor regarding inquiries as it pertains to GFE in direct support of PdM TCNO program. Serves as the Lead responsible for all accountability transactions and documents for the Army’s Total Package Fielding (TPF);

responsible for ensuring all DA Form 3161 (Request for Turn-In and Issue), DA Form 2062, DA Form 1687 (Delegation of Authority), and all Assumption of Command Orders are received, complete and accurate for each fielding. Responsible for ensuring all TPF documents are complete and accepted by the units Property Book Officer (PBO). Serves as Logistics Specialist providing shipping document development and tracking (both commercial and Government shipments), reset turn-ins through the Defense Reutilization Management Organization (DRMO), requests/tracking of Military interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and credit card requests for the program and fielding sites.

Work with the Government staff to ensure all logistics and audit requirements are met, ensuring success for both the Government and Leidos. Responsibilities:
* Assist in the integrated logistics support planning, program budget development and fielding and support of new equipment for CPI
2.

* Serves as Project Lead for Field Support Teams.

* Coordinates and develops Fielding plans to include equipment training, schedules, and logistics.

* Works closely with government customer providing mission briefs, support data, and recommendations to support mission requirements.

* Manage the integrated logistics activities supporting the installation and fielding of systems. Assists projects to comply with acquisition logistics management and life cycle support requirements such as assistant with BOIP development.
* Coordinate Material Release data for PM equipment, work with MACOM to meet their fielding timeline.
* Ensure system data is completed and prepared with system transition to sustainment.
* Coordinate and perform property accountability functions.
* Develop inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved, or transferred.
* Work as a lead fielder, working knowledge of DD Form
1149 process. Issue equipment to unit, ensure property is added to the unit property book.
* Develop material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property.
* Prepare inventory for shipping, loading on pallets, attaching green tags, creating DD Form 1149 documentation, and shrink-wrapping of pallets.
* Update NMIB and SYNCH slides. Ensure the PM and PSM approved slides and schedule.
* Conduct weekly meetings within the PM to ensure schedule and timeline will be conducted IAW agreement with units.
* Track all fielded equipment and update the PM and PEO on all equipment issues.
* Utilize all Army databases including AE2S, FMSWEB and Army Synchronization Tool.
* Collaborates with the PdM Fielding Manger and Training Manger to ensure all support for the mission is assigned and conflict are resolved prior to mission execution.
