The position "Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst Export" involves international customer support and is responsible for the independent processing of export orders. This includes creating export documents, organizing and coordinating worldwide transportation, and tracking and monitoring orders from receipt to delivery. The role also includes correspondence with customers and service providers in German and English, handling complaints, and adhering to relevant customs and compliance regulations in export business.

Responsibilities (List all)

· Independently processing export orders

· Creating export documents (invoices, customs declaration, certificates of origin, etc.)

· Compliance with customs and compliance guidelines, e.g., sanctions list screening, end-user certificate, preference calculation, REX, authorized exporter, etc.

· Organizing and coordinating transports by air, sea, truck, or courier (piece goods loading)

· Recording and monitoring orders from receipt through production to delivery including schedule coordination and adherence

· Supporting international customers

· Communication in German and English with customers and service providers

· Offer creation, if necessary, in cooperation with technical support or sales

· Handling complaints

Essential

• Completed commercial vocational training (preferably as an export trade professional or industrial clerk)
• Experience in export processing and customs declaration IAA-Plus
• Secure handling of MS-Office and ERP experience
• Negotiation-secure German and English language skills
• Independent work, team capability, and goal-oriented, analytical approach to the customer
• Flexibility, stress resistance, and the ability to keep an overview in turbulent times Technical understanding
