Administer advanced repair methods for case goods, using burn-ins, refinishing techniques, joinery, and color matching;
Repair and refinish damaged wood, leather, or upholstery furniture and mechanical parts;
Utilize scan technology to document carton-level information and monitor inventory for replacement parts;
Evaluate damages to determine repairability and perform required adjustments to ensure items meet perfect delivery standards;
Provide direct input on user tools and contribute to the development of training materials for the team
