Your responsibilities

You will receive freshly printed shoes and prepare them for quality inspection — you will clean them by hand, remove excess material and ensure that every component looks and feels good before it moves on. This is careful, practical work where consistency and attention to detail are most important.

• Clean and prepare 3D-printed shoe components by hand — remove excess material, threads, and surface residues
• Follow existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) while contributing to the improvement of training and high-quality products
• Identify and report visible defects such as cracks, deformations, or surface flaws before they move on
• Follow established finishing procedures and meet daily production targets
• Keep the workplace clean, tidy, and safe
• Work closely with the production team to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Willingness to engage in repetitive, careful practical work

• Physically able to stay on your feet during a shift

• Residing in Hamburg or the surrounding area
