Production Operator

You will be working in production, keeping the operations running smoothly — you will operate our printers, check the finished shoes, and ensure everything remains clean, tidy, and on schedule. No technical background knowledge required. We will train you in everything.

• Operate our 3D printing and post-processing machines (washing, drying) — full training included
• Follow existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) while contributing to the improvement of training and high-quality products
• Maintain key metrics such as printer availability with high quality and efficient task distribution
• Check the quality of finished shoes and report anything that is not right
• Keep the workplace clean and tidy
• Assist in washing, drying, shipping, and finishing areas as needed
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Residing in Hamburg or the surrounding area
• No technical degree or experience required — those who have a hobby interest in 3D printers or have had other production roles are welcome, but it is not a requirement
