Aircraft Manager
In order to support Airbus we are looking for an Aircraft Manager. This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Manage outstanding work:
Oversee and drive the completion of remaining work for both the forward and aft fuselage sections of the aircraft - Lead special alignment meetings:
Organize and facilitate extraordinary recovery rounds and daily stand-ups to accelerate the clearing of open tasks on the aircraft - Ensure quality & compliance:
Monitor all processes with a strict focus on quality standards and full adherence to aerospace process conformity - Cross-functional coordination:
Act as the central point of contact, coordinating between production, quality assurance, and engineering to streamline operations - Progress tracking:
Monitor milestones and implement immediate corrective actions if delays occur in the assigned sections
Desired skills and qualifications
- Technical expertise:
Proven experience in aircraft structural and systems installation (ideally within the forward/aft fuselage areas) - Strong leadership & communication:
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and align different stakeholders - Resilience:
Ability to keep a cool head, stay focused, and make sound decisions under high pressure and tight deadlines - Problem-solving mindset: A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and implementing fast, efficient solutions
- Language skills:
Business fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of German/French is a plus
