Registered Nurse - LTC (Staff Nurse)

Baltimore, MD, Hall 2

Full-time, Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

$34.33 - $53.21 per hour (Experience based)

Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care, functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as part of the patient care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment and gathers data relevant to the patient’s/family’s individual needs. Develops and documents a plan of care for selected patients/families. Implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan of care.

Evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice.

• Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years of college)
• Knowledge of a specialized field
• American Heart Association CPR Card
• Maryland Registered Nurse License
• Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills
• Experience with Cerner and Synquest Standard
• Basic office equipment operation
• Medical terminology proficiency
• Application of the MD Nurse Practice Act in nursing practice
• Critical thinking skills
• Medical equipment proficiency
• Less than one year of experience
