Position:
Full‑time, Night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am).

Staff Nurse.

Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and serves as an advisor and resource to patients and families as part of the patient‑care team.
Conducts and documents initial and ongoing assessments, gathering data relevant to each patient/family’s individual needs.
Develops and documents plan of care for selected patients/families.
Implements, documents and provides care and education based on the plan of care.
Evaluates and documents outcomes of nursing practice.
Qualifications- Knowledge of a specialized field and American Heart Association CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Computer proficiency:
Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills. - Experience with Cerner, Syn Quest Standard, office equipment, medical terminology.
- Knowledge of nursing process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act.
- Critical‑thinking skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
