Quality Control Specialist

You are the final pair of eyes before a pair of Zellerfeld shoes reaches a customer. Your task is to ensure that each shoe meets our standards, document your findings, and share insights with the team so we can continuously improve. No technical background knowledge required—just a sharp eye, good concentration, and clear communication.

• Inspect shoes in various production phases for visual and structural quality—patterns, surface, consistency
• Follow existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) while contributing to the improvement of training and high-quality products
• Document findings, track recurring issues, and maintain clear QA protocols
• Handle rejected pairs—document, report, and help in resolution
• Share insights and suggestions with the product team
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and prevent defects early

• A sharp eye—you notice when something is not right, even small details that others might miss
• Ability to maintain simple, clear protocols and communicate findings clearly
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
• We are happy to see experience in any form of inspection or control activity, even informally—for example, clothing inspection, food control, product sorting, or similar
• A background in shoes, fashion, clothing, crafts, or another practical activity is a plus—no technical degree required
• Residing in Hamburg or the surrounding area
