Bob's Discount Furniture in Aberdeen, MD is seeking a Quality Control Lead to oversee inspection processes and supervise QC/Repair staff in our distribution center. You will lead RTV projects, research QC issues, monitor new products, and drive continuous improvement.
Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency with Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie is required, plus the ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities, including weekend/evening shifts.
