We are looking for a Werkstudent (M/W/D) Retail Experience to support our boutique team in Hamburg on a temporary basis for 6 months with a good option for extension.

• Welcome our customers warmly, they are the first contact point
• Communication and customer care during possible waiting times
• Smooth traffic management and appointment scheduling via digital apps
• Digital customer contact recording
• Support of the sales staff, additional assistant tasks

• High communication skills with the right feel for the needs of the customers
• Experience in hospitality or tourism, online retail, call centers, in the restaurant business as a plus
• High service orientation, a high degree of flexibility and independent working style
• You convey your passion for the Cartier brand to our customers as a passionate host
• In the boutique team, you prove to be a loyal team player
• Very good knowledge of common applications and high digital affinity
• Positive and open personality
• Willingness to support us mainly on weekends
• Fluent German and English
