Your ResponsibilitiesIn the customer support North in our Hamburg branch, you will be an important support for the team and will take on the following tasks for a year:
- Support in daily operations
- Processing customer inquiries
- Maintaining master data
- Communication with other departments
- Creation of reports and evaluations
- Enrollment at a university, ideally with a business-related study
- Technical understanding is desirable
- Time and willingness to support us for up to 20 hours per week
- Very good communication skills in German and English in speech and writing
- Sophisticated handling of the MS Office package
