We are looking for a Sales Associate to support our amazing boutique team in Hamburg as soon as possible.

• Qualified consultation of our exclusive clientele
• Active acquisition of new customers and maintenance of the existing customer base
• Traffic management and greeting of customers
• Assistance of customers with special orders of high jewellery and fine watchmaking creations
• Implementation of a new retail strategy, which includes new ways of selling: e-commerce strategies, distant sales, virtual sales ceremony, traffic management and entertainment, "MyClients" app, etc…
• Personal care of VIP customers and maintenance of local business relationships
• Taking over various administrative tasks (e.g. maintenance of the customer database, inventory preparation, etc…).
• Networking (e.g. attending local events in the city, digital sales events, etc…)

• Completed training or a lateral entry from a customer and service-oriented environment
• Experience in the sale of luxury items, preferably in the jewelry and/or watch industry
• Excellent knowledge of new retail including all types of digital sales, sales events, networking, etc…
• Curiosity:
  You have a unique interest in new ways of shaping sales and make the impossible possible
• Excellent communication skills and positive appearance
• Very good German and English skills, other language skills are desirable
• Flexible, resilient team player with a confident, open and appropriate appearance
• Knowledge of SAP or a similar enterprise resource planning system
• Handling of digital tools such as customer apps like "MyClient", click and collect systems, etc...
