** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.

+ Monitor access points and observe activity to help identify and report unusual conditions, policy violations, or potential hazards.

+ Document incidents, complete required reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Must be 21 years of age or older

+ CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
