The preventive and corrective maintenance of our electric trains, with 120 competent and qualified colleagues, is our mission. Every day, 800,000 people in Hamburg use our S-Bahn trains, for which we want to provide our best performance. In our three workshops Ohlsdorf, Stellingen, and Elbgaustraße you can use your skills as a maintenance worker to your advantage. We carry out the maintenance and repair work on the trains, search for faults, and analyze their causes.
Therefore, we are looking for you as a qualified maintenance worker for the betriebsnahe instandhaltung (w/m/d) in Hamburg.
- As a qualified maintenance worker, you ensure that our trains run safely and on time to the stations
- You are responsible for independently carrying out your work according to the work order
- You inform your supervisor about any faults found on the vehicle
- You document your completed work
- The execution of the work orders is carried out in accordance with the locally applicable regulations and the applicable laws
- You carry out your work in compliance with labor, fire, and environmental protection regulations
- You have a successfully completed vocational training in an electrical profession or a training in an equivalent field
- You approach challenges strategically to solve them
- Team spirit, reliability, as well as economic thinking and acting characterize you
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends so that our passengers can rely on our performance
- You are ready to expand your knowledge and acquire any missing qualifications
