We are seeking a Maintenance Worker II with a CDL and intermediate experience to join our team. The Maintenance Worker II will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks with Water/Sewer utilities, Storm drains, Building Maintenance, OR Concrete and Asphalt, as well as operating company vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Operate and maintain various hand and power tools
• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Operate heavy machinery
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Intermediate experience in maintenance and repair work
• Ability to operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Additional technical or trade certifications
• Experience operating heavy machinery
