Job SummaryWe are seeking a Maintenance Worker II with a CDL and intermediate experience to join our team. The Maintenance Worker II will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks with Water/Sewer utilities, Storm drains, Building Maintenance, OR Concrete and Asphalt, as well as operating company vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Operate heavy machinery
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL with a clean driving record
- Intermediate experience in maintenance and repair work
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Additional technical or trade certifications
- Experience operating heavy machinery
