Do you want to use your technical expertise to ensure that our heating systems run efficiently and reliably? As an outside service technician, you are the direct contact person for our customers in the Hannover region. You will carry out the commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators, ensuring smooth operation. With your work, you also make an important contribution to energy efficiency and sustainable use of our heating systems.

Tasks

• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators
• Service-oriented consultation of our heating companies' customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting your colleagues in the technical outside service in the extended area of your area of responsibility

Requirements

Are you technically proficient, love working on heating solutions, and are characterized by high customer orientation and willingness to travel? As a service technician, you can put these strengths to good use with us! You are also characterized by:

• A completed specific training as a heating and ventilation technician, refrigeration technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer and ideally further education as a master or technician
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology
• Holder of a refrigeration certificate category 1, additionally refrigeration certificate category 2 advantageous
• Valid driver's license class B
