Maintenance Worker (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills in the maintenance and repair field.

• Assist with Utility work, including repair of Water and Sewer lines
• Assist with general building maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and landscaping
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
