Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer with experience in C++, backend systems, and software-defined radio technologies to support secure, mission‑critical systems. The ideal candidate will work on data processing, communication protocols, and system‑level software in a collaborative engineering environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ and Java
• Implement and support Software-Defined Radio (SDR) solutions using GNU Radio
• Develop data preprocessing pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver structured data
• Author and maintain system design and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile development environments
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of software systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Java
• Experience with backend systems and data processing
• Ability to work in a secure or classified environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with GNU Radio and SDR technologies
• Familiarity with signal processing or communication protocols
• Knowledge of JSON, CSV, and data transformation pipelines
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
