CDL A Drivers $2190+/WK Home Weekly (Full Time) – OTR Van

Class A drivers with one‑year verifiable experience in the last three years are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year. Urine test only.

These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). The average driver pay is $2190 per week with deliveries running the Northeast.

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then $300 for every trailer unloaded. They average 900–1,200 miles per week and complete three loads. They make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve putting boxes that weigh between 1–35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store; store personnel will take the boxes, as drivers only unload the truck.
• When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home many times, they may still be on a load. Throughout the week they finish deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Training is generally 3–5 days, paid at $215 per day. After training, drivers are assigned their truck and may have a rider and pet ride along.

• Must live in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI (not in the Bors or Long Island).
• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience; experience can be local, regional, or OTR.
• CDL must be in the state of current residence when applying.
• May not have more than three jobs in the last year and no more than six jobs in the last three years.
• May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, with no major traffic violations, no preventable rear‑end crashes, and no rollovers.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Company verifies with the employer.
• May have one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, texting or using a handheld device. Any of these violations in a commercial vehicle disqualifies the applicant.
