Job OverviewEntry level – will train. Opportunities for advancement. Incentive based pay with an average hourly rate of $12.50. Benefits available after 60 days. All positions are regular, direct hire.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload and break down freight onto good wood pallets at a pace that meets or exceeds productivity goals and standards.
- Sort and organize freight by PO# and SKU#.
- Break down freight to Ti‑Hi form as required.
- Operate various types of material handling equipment.
- Perform sorting, repacking, labeling, pallet repair and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow proper safety procedures and operations.
- Previous warehouse experience a plus.
- Experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment a plus.
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment—continuously lifting and moving up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to meet fast‑paced productivity goals and standards.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, without advanced notice.
- Requirement to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Timely and regular attendance.
- Organized – able to effectively plan and schedule tasks.
- Accurate – performs work accurately and thoroughly.
- Detail‑oriented – pays attention to minute details.

The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee frequently must stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally must sit, climb or balance. Regularly must lift or move up to 50 lbs, frequently 50–75 lbs, occasionally more than 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The work environment may expose the employee to fumes, airborne particles, vibration, extreme temperature variations, and loud noise.
