Currently, we employ around 1,000 staff at 18 locations in Germany, Austria, and six Eastern European countries. In recent years, we have expanded continuously and are therefore looking for reinforcement in numerous areas.

For our Hamburg location, we are seeking an engaged Contract Logistics/Customer Service Coordinator to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing customer inquiries
• Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
• Booking of inbound and outbound goods in our warehouse management program
• Coordination and scheduling including monitoring of inbound and outbound storage
• Organization, allocation, and commissioning of external service providers and freight forwarders
• Order acceptance and claim processing
• Booking of inbound and outbound goods in our customs warehouse program
• Inventory management of the customs warehouse for our customs warehouse customers
• Creation of shipping documents in a customs warehouse system
• Creation of freight documents
• Preparation of end-of-month invoices and regular documentation and communication of all performance-relevant data
