Specialist For Courier, Express And Parcel Services

As a specialist for courier, express, and parcel services, you will ensure that time-critical deliveries of our customers arrive safely and reliably at their destination. Regardless of shipment sizes, transit times, or product characteristics, you will choose the appropriate service to meet customer requirements.

You will take on the professional leadership of the Night-Star team in parallel to your day job.

You will work closely with the depot management, the NSE team, the dispatch, and the warehouse and coordinate regularly with all areas.

You will organize, plan, and prioritize the daily tasks in the team.

You will ensure that all pending activities are completed fully and on time.

You will process orders in the area of courier, express, and parcel services (KEP).

You will calculate costs and schedule special trips.

You will take over customer service and be the contact person for inquiries and solutions.

You will conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with all quality standards.

You will prepare insurance-related topics and process corresponding procedures.

You will record, control, and finalize shipments in night and day business.

You have a successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you already have professional experience in the courier, express, and parcel service environment (KEP).

You have a strong customer orientation and always act service-oriented.

You have good IT skills and can confidently handle common systems.

Good English skills are desirable and facilitate communication.

You are ready to work within a shift schedule between 6 and 18 o'clock.

You work concentratedly and with the highest accuracy.

You are characterized by reliability and resilience – even in more challenging situations.
