YOU MOVE OUR WORLD

• Execution of internal and external tasks for the completion of customs formalities in accordance with customs and tax regulations.
• Maintenance and verification of all relevant data in internal systems including invoicing and invoice verification.
• Communication with customs authorities as well as coordination between internal teams and external service providers.
• Handling of problem cases and ensuring solution-oriented follow-up.
• Support of customer inquiries within the scope of customs-related order processing.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed commercial training – ideally in logistics, forwarding, or shipping.
• Professional experience in customs clearance (import and export) Knowledge of customs tariff and preference certificates is advantageous.
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable working method.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with internal and external interfaces.
• Ideally experience with DAKOSY or similar customs systems.
• Very good German language skills are essential for communication with customs authorities;
  English language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
