These challenges await you:

• You create and process all necessary import and export documents
• You perform bookings and booking optimizations
• You also create offers for internal and external customers and conduct independent follow-ups
• You ensure the successful shipment of consignments and monitor them during the transport process
• You also check the shipment status and intervene in case of problems and deviations
• You resolve incidents to ensure a smooth shipment process
• You build and maintain customer and supplier relationships
• Communication with internal and external partners in German and English completes your profile

We wish the following from you:

• Completed training in the commercial sector, preferably as a commercial clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services
• Extensive knowledge of sea freight or air freight import and export tasks
• Several years of experience in project management or project logistics
• Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Results-oriented work, team skills, focus on the essentials, flexibility, organizational talent
