YOU MOVE OUR WORLD

• You are responsible for the development of the Special Cargo area and work hand in hand with our other Special Cargo departments
• You are the link in tender processes and evaluate tender documents in collaboration with our headquarter and other MSC agencies, ensuring that the requirements are met
• You initiate and organize customer appointments and take care of the pre- and post-processing in the CRM system
• You create offers (quotation) and maintain customer rates in the internal tariff management system
• You actively gather market feedback, create and evaluate market and customer analyses, and generate reports on customer performance

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have a completed commercial education, for example as a shipping merchant (m/w/d), merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or a degree with a logistics focus.
• You have an analytical understanding and possess skilled negotiation abilities.
• You bring a solution-oriented and commercial mindset.
• You convince with your communication skills as well as an organized, independent, and negotiable working style.
• You work well in a team.
• You have good German and English language skills.
