Operative Handling:
Planning and processing of air freight shipments including customs clearance and complete document review and forwarding.

Administration:
Maintenance and management of order-related data in TMS (Cargowise C1) as well as execution of billing, invoice review, and tracking.

Quality & Control:
Monitoring of relevant KPIs, especially lead time requirements, to ensure smooth and timely processing.

Communication:
Telephone and written correspondence with customers, service partners, and foreign organizations including complaint handling.

Air Import Supervisor:
Responsibilities for the supervisor position as agreed.

Professional

Qualification:

Completed training in logistics or relevant professional experience in import.

Personal

Skills:

Strong service orientation and a structured, independent, and team-oriented working style.

IT & System

Skills:

Proficient MS Office skills and ideally experience with Cargowise C1 and the ATLAS customs system.

Language

Skills:

Confident English skills in both speaking and writing for international communication.
