As a Disponent Planner (m/w/d), you will take on a key role in our processes. You will coordinate our own fleet as well as external service providers and ensure that every transport runs smoothly, efficiently, and customer-oriented.

With your organizational talent, your communication skills, and your structured way of working, you will ensure that every tour is optimally planned, monitored, and successfully completed.

• Plan and coordinate our truck transports to ensure our delivery dates
• Dispatch our drivers and vehicles and ensure optimal utilization of the fleet
• Choose economical and timely transport routes and optimize routes
• Monitor our transport operations and react flexibly to short-term changes or disruptions
• You are in constant exchange with drivers, customers, our internal departments, such as Customer Service, and external service providers
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements, working protection guidelines, and driving and rest periods

Completed training as a commercial clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable degree

Experience in dispatching in full load traffic

A high degree of initiative

Strong communication skills

Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

Basic knowledge of customs is desirable, but not required

Team capability, ambition, and a pronounced customer orientation

Good knowledge of MS Office
