CDL A Company Truck Driver – Drop & Hook, Local or Regional Routes

Overview

Role:
Home Daily (Regional Drivers Home Weekly). Drop & Hook 95%. Weekly average earnings $1,500-$2,000 gross, CPM up to $0.69.

• $0.55-$0.69 CPM based on experience.
• Regional drivers earn an extra $0.10 CPM.
• Additional safety bonus opportunities.
• Extra stops and premium pay bonuses.
• 6th Day Pay of $200 plus applicable mileage and other bonuses.
• Sign‑On Bonus up to $3,000.

• Operate tractor with a 53‑foot van trailer across designated regions.
• Deliver freight from distribution centers to stores and depots.
• Complete routes of 95% Drop & Hook freight.
• Maintain compliance with ELD, vehicle inspection, DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum 1 year of all‑weather CDL A driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents.
• No alcohol or drug‑related driving convictions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.

• Sitting: 90%

• Desk or Phone Work: 5%
• Lifting, shifting or arranging product: 2%
