Warehouse Order Selector

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather & organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Upbeat individuals interested in staying active & fit while earning above-average income are perfect for this role.

Earnings: $23 per hour (entered by recruiter). Full time: 7 am start; 4 days on, 3 days off;
Friday and Sunday mandatory.

Location:

Aberdeen, MD 21001.

• Pick items using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stack items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensure accuracy of orders while adhering to safety standards.
• Operate a double walkie‑rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases from storage racks and place on pallet, applying selection labels where appropriate.
• Use proper wrapping techniques to protect products from damage.
• Inform supervisor of any differences in case quantity or description.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Lift varying case weights, shapes, and heights safely.
• Follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures.

• Continuously standing, bending, pulling, lifting, and pivoting up to 90% of shift.
• Walk 6–12 miles per day on various surfaces.
• Frequently lift products weighing 1–60 lbs or more.
• Lift products from floor to overhead levels.
• Work on multiple levels of varying height.
• Handle sharp objects safely, including box cutting tools.
