Order Selector - EPJ Exp Required - Cold Facility
Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an Order Selector with EPJ experience for a cold facility in Aberdeen, MD. Compensation is $21/hr plus bonus potential, with benefits from day one.

Pay Rate: $21/hr
Shift
Schedule:
- Sun-Mon 5pm to finish
- Tues 6pm to finish
- Wed-Thu 5pm to finish
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare selecting documents prior to the order selection process
- Select and separate products by account and stop number as designated by the computer-generated label
- Match product description with label description; build pallets according to customer guidelines
- Maintain production standards and minimize errors
- Operate a stand-up electric pallet jack to move completed orders to the staging area
- Return completed selecting documents to the proper collection site per Shipping Department specifications
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested
- Maintain good attendance
- Follow safe work practices
- Protect confidential company information
- Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack (required)
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) (preferred)
- Ability to follow safe working practices
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 80 pounds
- Constant standing, walking, and occasional climbing
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
