As we continue to scale our global platform, the Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing daily fulfillment and distribution operations at Fanatics' Aberdeen, MD facility.
ROLE OVERVIEWFanatics, Inc. is seeking an energetic and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join our Fulfillment and Manufacturing team in Aberdeen, MD. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at our Distribution Center, leading and coordinating shipping, receiving, and order processing activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy. The Warehouse Supervisor delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)- Partner with HR and Senior Management to forecast staffing needs, participate in interviewing and hiring, and enforce policies and procedures that align with organizational standards.
- Collaborate across departments to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing distribution center efficiency and contributing to company profitability.
- Directly supervise up to 50 distribution center employees, managing performance, quality, and development through structured performance management practices.
- Train, motivate, coach, reward, and discipline team members; resolve personnel issues in partnership with HR, including vacation approvals, timecard approvals, and overtime management.
- Proven ability to coach employees on productivity and career pathing, driving both individual and team growth.
- Maintain departmental standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, directly supporting the fan experience.
- Review, prioritize, and organize operational activities each shift to meet business demands and customer commitments.
- Supervise all shipping, receiving, and order processing activities with a consistent visible presence on the distribution center floor, ensuring service levels are upheld.
- Support the growth and scalability of fulfillment operations to meet increasing fan demand across Fanatics' platform.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency, drawing on familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze large data sets to inform operational decisions and execute action plans that drive measurable outcomes.
- Maintain current knowledge of all relevant operating systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred) and Oracle, to optimize daily workflows.
- Identify and address operational barriers proactively, resolving problems before they impact productivity or accuracy.
- Enforce safety programs, conduct required safety training, and ensure full compliance with safety guidelines throughout every shift.
- Complete required administrative tasks, including preparing reports and correspondence, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a visible, accountable presence on the distribution center floor, holding the team to high standards while leading by example.
- Manage full-time 4x10 shift operations, including day or night shifts with weekend requirements, and support overtime needs during peak season.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing teams of 30 or more in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred) and Oracle.
