Warehouse Inventory Clerk

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE INVENTORY CLERK IN ABERDEEN, MD

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join our client in Aberdeen, MD! This individual will be responsible for handling professional email correspondence and customer portal management with speed and accuracy, navigating Warehouse Management Systems, and tackling order processing hurdles in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience specifically with warehouse inventory, high typing speed and proficiency with computers, and a high school diploma.

• 2nd Shift | $20.50/hour, paid weekly
• Weekend Shift | $22/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision

• 2nd Shift: 4 pm – 12:30 am | Monday – Friday some mandatory OT
• Weekend Shift: 4 am – 5 pm | Saturday – Sunday – Monday with chances of OT
• Located in Aberdeen, MD

• Navigate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like AS400 to track and manage inventory
• Handle professional email correspondence and customer portal management with speed and accuracy
• Tackle order processing hurdles in a high-pressure, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and customer databases to maintain precise records
• Prioritize urgent tasks in a "beautifully chaotic" setting without losing your focus

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior experience specifically with Warehouse Inventory
• General warehouse experience is great, but a deep understanding of inventory flow, counts, and tracking is essential for this role
• High typing speed and proficiency with computers, software, and databases
• Experience with AS400 is a significant plus
• Ability to stay disciplined and focused in a loud, busy warehouse environment
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
