The Project Manager role at MONROE KUT INC is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Aberdeen, MS. This role is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of materials, equipment, and labor. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and ensure work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, addressing delays or issues, reviewing inspections and reports, and updating stakeholders on timelines and costs. The Project Manager will also collaborate with procurement and logistics personnel to support expediting of materials and timely delivery to the job site.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with expeditor and expediting functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Knowledge of inspection processes, quality control, and compliance with construction standards and regulations.
• Skills in logistics management, including coordinating shipments, inventory, and on‑site material handling.
• Prior experience in construction or a related field, preferably in a site‑based project management capacity.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
• Ability to work on‑site full time in Aberdeen, MS, and to navigate active construction environments safely.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
