Salary Range to start between 50k-70k DOE.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper based in Aberdeen, SD. The Bookkeeper will handle daily financial transactions, manage accounts, and maintain accurate bookkeeping records. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and managing accounting software. The candidate will collaborate with the finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data and support the organization’s fiscal operations.

This Position will also act as the Office Manager for a team of which will include an Accounts Receivable/Payable Rep and a Title Clerk.

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, preparing Financial Statements, and recording Journal Entries
• Experience with Accounting Software and financial data management
• Foundational knowledge of Finance and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous bookkeeping experience is a must
• Previous bookkeeping experience in an automotive dealership is very advantageous
• Leadership skills are a must
• Organized and high attention to detail
